GENERAL ADMIN
DKI Jakarta

Resposibilities :

Take and filter calls and mails
File documents (e-filling system)
Ticket & Hotel arrangement
Manage supplies and the smooth running of the office
Manage diaries
Write, lay out and update documents
Requirements:

Min. D3 graduated from reputable academy or university min GPA 3.00
Male, age max. 28 years
Min. 2 years experience in respective field
Good leadership skill & good analytical, proactive and self motivated
Able to work team work / independent
Fluent in English (both oral and written)
Communicative & friendly
