MARKETING INTELLIGENCE & LEAD COACH
Gresik

Responsibilities:

To Organize Marketing / Sales surveys about competition and customers demand trends, new products or applications and market price levels with distribution and retail.
Feed the project sales organization with qualified leads.
Collect and analyze data to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
Report on distribution/retail price levels.
Prepare reports of findings, illustrate data graphically and translate findings into written text.
Measure and assess customer satisfaction, the effectiveness of company’s marketing, advertising and communication programs/strategies.
Forecast and track marketing and sales trends in the domestic market.
Screening the market for new applications and products introduced by competitors. Collaborate closely with the digital manager for this topic.
Screen the web, databases and other sources of information for new building projects where FC may be used and check with the stakeholders the opportunity for PT. Eternit Gresik to specify its products. Identify the contact persons for the screened projects and enter that information as a lead into SAP/CRM for follow up by the sales force.
Follow up that the sales force actively works on these leads and quantify the effectiveness of the project organization with the help of SAP/BW reports on CRM

Requirements:

Degree S1 or equivalent preferably in architecture or marketing
Fluent English and passionate communication
Good knowledge of Microsoft Software (“Windows”, “MS Office”, MS Power Point). Good knowledge of ISO will be an advantage.
Good computer literate, excellent in MS Office
Experience in a marketing function will be an advantage, general interest for architecture and construction is a must.
Min 5 years or more experience in the same field / position , preferably working for foreign company
Detail , good planner and good communication
Willing to work in Gresik, East Java

DIGITAL MARKETING (SOCIAL MEDIA COMMUNITY OFFICER)

Responsibilities:

Create, manage and organize the KALSI and ETER ( brand product ) communication platform and customer community, both offline and online
Develop digital communication content, build and maintain a content distribution network by way of social media channels, partner database and our main web site.
Actively engage in brand support on third party digital communication platforms and care for search engine optimization, maximizing traffic on our website.
Along with the Market Research and Analyst Officer, actively survey what’s happening in online market and with competition (new products & services, digital initiatives, …).
Support customer events and installer trainings by creating SMS communication to the targeted audience
Support the brand by creating in collaboration with the graphic designer specific webmail’s to introduce and propagate information to the target audience about product innovation, reference projects, events and other brand supporting information. Content for these mails will be provided by marketing and the national sales management.
Edit the monthly newsletter and lead sales and marketing information into internal group social media
Assisting the Marketing Team on marketing event preparation and sponsorship
Assisting the Customer Service Team by answering information requests coming from customer

Requirements:

Female
(S1) preferably Marketing, Communication, or any related background.
Has experience with digital tools and is passionate about interactivity with customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment
Fluent in English
Min 2 years in digital and 4 years in a marketing or sales environment.
Willing to work in Gresik
