RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST (REC)

Requirements:


  • Male/Female
  • Maximum age 30 years old
  • Hold a Bachelor Degree (S1) Psychology with a minimum GPA of 2.75
  • At least 1 year experience in recruitment
  • Fluency in English both oral and written is a must
  • Work location in Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang

Job Desc :


  • Receive man power requests and do the recruitment process for SPV level up from various sources (external and internal). Managing relationships with advertising agencies, recruitment consultants and human resources, universities and schools, to the provision of appropriate human resources.
  • Ensuring the selection process of the candidates (shortlisting candidates) is implemented in accordance with the applicable rules. There are 3 stages of selection, interview by user and HR / Personnel (including the Technical Test), Psychological tests and medical check up. Periodically reviewing test tools to ensure the optimal use.
  • Understanding Corporate Regulation (PP / PKB) and the Act of the Republic Of Indonesia No.13 Year 2003 related to recruitment, probation, employment contracts, income tax, employees' social security and others to provide explanations and information necessary for new employees especially at the job offering stage to the selected candidates.
  • Ensure placement of new employees in accordance with the company regulations, agreement and various other provisions that apply within the company to new employees.
  • Check the completeness of the data and approval for employment application and enter those data into an Recapitulation Table in Server HR - Recruitment.
  • Managing applications in hrd@dynaplast.co.id and recruitment@dynaplast.co.id email, online recruitment and hardcopy application which is received by recruitment team.
  • Set the schedule for the candidate selection process in accordance with the SOP and do a variety of related administration job, setting schedule for interview candidates by the user / HRD / Personnel, scheduling psychology test and medical check-up for selected candidates (and inform the result to related user).
  • Scoring psychology test results according to the answer key, especially for tests conducted by internal psychologists. And in certain emergency situations may also conduct psychological tests to candidates for SPV level to SH.
  • Checking bills of the actual cost of recruitment, submit to the payment (AP) and enter the data recruitment spending per year, both for Psychology Test, MCU, advertising and so on.
  • Inform the new employee to the related parties (Personnel, Payroll Monthly, IT Technical Support, and associated person) to ensure smooth placement of the employee in performing the task / job.
  • Enter new employee data into HRSAP to get the NIK and inform it to the related parties. Filling the personal data in accordance with the personnel area of the employee.
